Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the United Kingdom. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 - Accuracy of Pricing & Drip Pricing Ban

In accordance with the DMCC Act 2024, we ensure all mandatory fees are disclosed upfront. The total price you see includes all applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated as a flat rate of £3.99 via Royal Mail and is clearly disclosed before the point of purchase to prevent "drip pricing."

Section 3 - Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is handled by Royal Mail with an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are delivered into your possession.

Section 4 - Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. At Retro Goals, we extend this to a 30-Day Return Policy for your peace of mind. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full instructions.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
